Hello everyone,I chose Max Hair Trans after seeing the results on two of my colleagues. From the first requests for information, Emma, who is French-speaking, immediately explained the process to me and was able to answer all my questions. Everything has been organized in a remarkable and very detailed way, the information provided by Emma is clear and precise, you just have to follow her instructions, nothing could be simpler! Upon my arrival in Istanbul, I was taken by a VIP vehicle to the hotel. First contact and friendly welcome in addition to some welcome advice. The operation (7 hours of intervention) went well, and always a constructive response to the slightest of my questions, not to mention the kindness of the entire team to whom I regret not having been able to thank more warmly, they were available, helpful and very professional, whether from the super friendly driver, to the doctor, to the nurse who is also French-speaking and incredibly kind in addition to being competent, the whole team deserves a big congratulations and my sincere thanks for their excellent work!

Went from Sweden to Turkey.I can warmly recommend Max Hair Trans, everything from communication from start to finish has been absolutely perfect, I have felt taken care of and everything felt professional.Everything was included in the price and you don't have to think about anything.Now I'm in week 1 after surgery so can't say much about the hair itself as it takes time to see results but it feels good and looks good.

California to Istanbul:If you are on the fence about getting hair transplant don't be any longer. I made up my mind for the New Year 2024 (Jan 23rd) I will do it.I was able to find Max Hair Trans on YouTube. Did some Google research on the clinic and came across Emma. She gave me the best quote of all the other places I've looked at. Her communication was good which made me feel comfortable. Was able to lock in some good airfare and from there Emma setup the hotels, transportation in Istanbul, and doctor's appointment. She provided in detail where I need to be every step of the way. Finally I arrived in SAW, Istanbul and was transported to the really nice (Bricks Hotel) in a comfortable vehicle. I met Erdem (Max Hair representative) and he was great. He made me feel like VIP the whole trip. Made sure I didn't have to lift a finger throughout the process. Erdem was there the entire time of the procedure to the first head wash. The team at the clinic were friendly, patient, and professional which made me feel relaxed. Took 8 hrs to do the transplant because they gave me full graph that my donor area can give. Which was 4.9k. The clinic itself was clean, bright, modern, and sanitize. After the procedure , Emma made sure I received all medications, shampoo, and instructions on how to clean and maintain head.It's almost 10 days after the operation as I write this review and I am very satisfied. For the price I am paying, this exceeded all of my expectations. Thank you Emma, Erdem, and your team for a great experience.

Regarding my experience with Max Hair Trans, it started with a friend who himself had an operation with his cousin in this clinic.2 years later his operation was a real success, that's when I decided to take the plunge accompanied by another friend and the icing on the cake, a very competitive price.Contact is made via WhatsApp and in French. The pre-operative instructions are clear and the procedures efficient. We had to book our flights on our own, which required some special coordination to accommodate our flights but it went very well.On the day of the operation, the treatment is efficient and quick, but still quite relaxed. I was quite reassured to arrive in a modern and clean, I would even say chic, building. Arriving in the operating room, we meet the staff in charge of the operation, the smile and kindness put us at ease despite the language barrier. The place is clean as if you were going to your dentist, the cleaning team does a good job.At this stage, the hours of patience begin. The operation is absolutely not painful, don't be afraid of it. However, a little courage will be needed for a few seconds during the anesthesia, it burns badly for 2 to 3 seconds but no more than if you pop a big pimple that hurts you! so rest assured.When everything is finished, the staff is very attentive and takes great care of you until your return to the hotel. The next day the same for the treatment and the first shampoo.When we returned to Belgium we were still in contact on WhatsApp and Emma answered all my post-operative questions without problem and without delay (shampoo, medication, habits). For my part, it was not possible to return to work the next day because I had severe migraines linked to the swelling and the position while sleeping. It was the most painful phase, but from the 7th day it was much better and I was finally able to sleep full nights. My friend who had the operation at the same time did not have any of these migraine problems so it is very relative from one patient to another.Out of conscience, I consulted my family doctor on the 2nd day and he observed that the work had been done very well and that the healing was already well underway. Clean and without any infection, which means an excellent surgical job.Today is the 23rd day after the operation. The scalp wakes up a little more every day, the sensations of touch are more and more present and that's a pleasure! (Because we always have that feeling of a ghost cap on our head) In my case, the donor area is sensitive (3800 holes is not nothing), but complete healing can take up to 3 months, so it makes sense. The implanted hair begins to fall out well and this is reassuring because it means good healing of the bulb and a regrowth cycle which begins.In summary, it was a pleasure to have been taken care of by the clinic and Emma and thank you.In conclusion, it takes a lot of patience post-operatively, but after all, it takes pain (a little) to be beautiful!Photos after operation, Day 1, 4, 10, 23

Excellent service from communication via WhatsApp, pick-up from the airport to the hotel in a very comfortable VIP van with internet on board, Emma in contact with you at all times and resolving any questions you may have. Well what can i say, really impressed from beginning to end of my procedure. I was bit worried traveling from UK to Turkey by just talking to them over the WhatsApp. Plus the package i received seems unreal when comparing prices online, however i took risk and every bit of its worth it. Picked up from airport, hotel was good, staff amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. Guided me throughout while I was with them. Still in touch with them while I'm back in UK. They always available on WhatsApp to advise me, no matter how many times i ask questions they always answer very wisely. I'm just in 10 days after my hair transplant so can't really tell as I'm sure i will get results in 6 months time and thats how it should be anyways. My husband and I came to Turkey in 2018 and we had an amazing experience in Max Hair Trans and Max Medical. We did hair transplantation, rhinoplasty and Laser teeth whitening. Actually before we came, we were a little bit nervous but once we came to the airport the driver was waiting for us with VIP car and he was very nice. He picked us up to our hotel and everything was just amazing (high quality services- 5 Star accommodation-and the stuff were talking in English). The team made us feel very comfortable, they took their time, they were gentle and they were very thorough. It was really great experience for me to meet these people in Turkey. Stunning Service from all the staff, they have been really kind, always helpful, whether it was at the clinic or over the phone.
